Do you accept insurance?

All of our services are cash pay, including Direct Primary Care, weight loss, testosterone therapy, peptide therapy, B12 injections, and medical marijuana evaluations. The one exception is associated lab work (such as blood work), which may be eligible for insurance billing depending on your plan and timing. Our team can walk you through the specifics for your visit when you call or text us.

What's the difference between Direct Primary Care and a regular office visit?

Your first visit is a comprehensive consultation and evaluation with one of our providers for $220, then $100 per month for ongoing primary care after that, without billing insurance for the visit itself. It's designed to give you more direct access to your provider and more time per visit than a typical insurance-based appointment.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes. Many of our services can be handled through a telehealth visit, and some services require an in-person visit for evaluation, labs, or injections. We'll let you know which option fits your visit when you schedule.

Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

Appointments are recommended for all services so we can prepare for your visit. Walk-ins are welcome for drug screening.

What are your office hours?

We're open Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm, with in-person and telehealth appointments available. We're closed Saturday and Sunday.

How do I get started with a medical marijuana card evaluation?

Accepted Answer

Call, text, or email our office to schedule your evaluation. You'll need a valid Florida ID with a current address (or a lease showing a Florida address), along with documentation of a qualifying medical condition. If you don't have documentation of a qualifying condition on hand, one of our physicians can perform a more in-depth evaluation to help determine whether you qualify, for an additional fee. Our team can confirm current pricing when you reach out.
