We are dedicated to our patients and their health, which is why DeLand Medical wellness, offers medical marijuana card certifications to qualifying patients!

Medical marijuana is now available to full-time and part-time Florida residents. Come visit us and meet with our Certified medical marijuana doctor at either our Daytona Beach or Fern Park, Florida locations.

In order for you to qualify for a medical marijuana card in the state of Florida, you must be diagnosed with one of the following conditions and have medical history from a prior physician showing the diagnosis:

Once you’ve met with our cannabis certified physician and qualified as a candidate, we will handle all of the necessary paperwork on our end to get you entered into the state’s Compassionate Care Registry so you can start receiving your medication. 

Our medical marijuana program is $150, and you are required to visit the office once every six months to consult with your cannabis certified physician.

Additional costs will include the medication itself, which varies in price, and a $75 fee online to the Florida Dept. of Health. This link will help you access your online account with the Florida Dept. of Health in addition to help answer any questions you may have in regards current Florida Medical Marijuana laws and regulations.

*Please note that you will need a Florida ID with your current address listed on the ID or you will need a lease with a Florida address listed on the lease to qualify for a medical marijuana card in Florida. If you are taking the anxiety or PTSD questionnaire the $50 fee for the questionnaire will be assessed at the time of your first visit.
